Women Capture GOLD at ASA Senior Provincials, August 31 - Sept 3, 2007

The SWU Division 1 women's team concluded a very successful season by winning all three of their games and capturing the gold medal at provincials on the September long weekend. The team's accomplishments this season include: going undefeated and winning the Kodiak Invitational Soccer Tournament in Kelowna; finishing the regular season with a record of 12 wins and 0 losses (scoring 72 goals for and only conceding 5 goals against); and beating the first place team in Division 1A to advance to provincials as Edmonton 1.
