COACHES' MESSAGE

Our goals as coaches of the SWU92 girls are to:

• Motivate and challenge players so that they can improve all aspects of their game
• Provide high level training in technical skills, athletics, and game tactics
• Implement a training program that maximizes fitness and minimizes injuries
• Achieve team successes by teaching player roles, responsibility, and accountability
• Encourage team-building through common goals, trust, and communication
• Help players to achieve personal successes and confidence
• Provide a richness of experience so that players continue to enjoy and value sport in their lives
